Meet the New Nokia 3310 (2017)

If you were born before the year 2000 there is no doubt you would be familiar with the Nokia 3310, The Indestructible!!!! Nokia has decided to bring that phone back to life again.

For most of you reading this you may have used the Nokia 3310 or it could even have been your very first phone, Nokia 3310 was one of the best phones of its era, a phone that could withstand anything you throw at it. It served its purpose than as a communicator then along came the smart phones and the 3310 went into Phone history.

The Nokia 3310 is back in all its glory and beauty when I saw this phone I had this nostalgic feeling it brought back memories of when the only thing you could do on your phone was sending and receiving text messages, make and receive phone calls and play “Snake”.

The new Nokia 3310 is one sexy phone it was launched in February 2017, it comes with a 2.40-inch display with a resolution of 240 pixels by 320 pixels. The phone carries a 16MB internal memory space that can be expanded to 32GB with a MicroSD card. It also comes with a 2-megapixel camera on the rear of the phone.

Phone owners would enjoy the classic snake game and would also be able to browse the internet using Opera. The new phone runs a Series 30 and its powered by a 1200mAh battery that Nokia claims lasts close to a month. It measures 115.60 x 51.00 x 12.80 (height x width x thickness). The phone also comes with Bluetooth and FM, Dual sim capability both GSM and Both Micro-SIM. It comes in RED, YELLOW, DARK BLUE and GRAY colors.

The 3310 has evolved humble communicator to something of a smartphone now, it’s is sure going to spin heads when it goes on sale, I feel many people would buy the phone just to have that nostalgic feeling of having a Nokia 3310 again.
